Can I sell RaDTaGZ items on my online store?

We want you to be successful as a reseller, so yes, you can sell our products on your online store. We ask that you send us a link to your store so that we can be sure the brand is presented in a tasteful way. We ask that you price your items at no less than a 50% markup and no more than 100% markup.

Do you offer exclusivity?

We are still a growing company, at this point, we don't offer any exclusivity agreements.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your customers to love the products. If for some reason they're not working for you we will do our best to find a solution that works. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition we will refund the purchase price on return of the item. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items to undertake any returns.

Where is my delivery? Can I track my packages?

We offer worldwide delivery. Tracking information will be provided once product ships. In the US and Canada products will typically ship with Canada Post. Note for orders outside of the US and Canada, additional charges for shipping will apply. Duties and taxes are subject to the jurisdiction from which you are placing your order. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks, depending on your locations. 2 weeks is average.

How long will my order take to process?

We manufacture all of our products to order, so items usually take 1-2 weeks to process (not including shipping). We ship an order once it is complete.
